Bambu Fitness in Bali has become a viral sensation, but is it all it's cracked up to be? As an avid gym-goer, I decided to put the hype to the test during my recent trip to Bali. While the space itself is stunning, with a mix of indoor and outdoor areas and high-end equipment, I found the class I attended to be a bit underwhelming. The $24 price tag seemed a bit steep for what I got, and the class size of 70 people was simply too large for the three instructors to effectively guide and motivate everyone. Despite the chaos, Bambu Fitness has a unique vibe, blending rugged high-performance gym and tropical luxury resort. It's a place where you can find attractive people, and the post-workout perks, including ice baths and a cafe, are a real draw. However, I'd recommend exploring other class options or heading to their fully air-conditioned spaces for a more personalized experience. Overall, Bambu Fitness is a must-visit in Bali, but it's not without its flaws.
